Initially we have a consultation to discuss your lifestyle, nutrition, health and goals. Debbie will then guide and motivate you through your unique programme, to achieve measurable results.
TRAINING IN PAIRS
Where two people are starting from similar fitness levels and hoping to achieve similar goals, it can be possible train both together.
GROUP FITNESS
Group fitness can range from fitness classes to a running group, please see fitness classes for available activities or alternatively contact us.
NUTRITION
Advice on diet and nutrition is given as part of the personal training package but if you would like a more in-depth analysis, book a consultation.
