Deborah Jukes is our Trainer. 
Deborah has always had a keen interest in sports and fitness, prior to becoming a Personal Trainer she was in the Army for seven years. Keeping on top of her fitness was second to none! On top of maintaining her own fitness to a high standard she also helped others improve theirs, this was when she realised that a career in personal training was right for her. Deborah has over five years experience of working within the fitness industry and throughout these years has continued to build her knowledge and experience. She took the decision to move away from the restrictions of the gym environment to use her expertise to develop Personal Training programmes and group fitness classes. Deborah is a new mum and knows herself just how hard it is to lose weight and tone up! However, having kept to a healthy diet and fitness regime throughout her pregnancy she was able to return to her pre-pregnancy figure within three months. Deborah is an outgoing character with an easy going personality, although she can be assertive when necessary! She has a calm, confident manner and her training methods are extremely motivational. |
