Our trainer is based in Catterick Garrison and can provide personal training or group fitness sessions for people in the immediate Catterick and Richmond area. Other areas of North Yorkshire and County Durham are also covered, our trainer can travel up to 25 miles if a client requires, however prices may increase to accommodate this. The training takes place in the client's own home, workplace or outdoors. All equipment is provided so there is no need for a gym.
